After completing her graduate studies in economics and management at Sorbonne University, Sandra started her career in the executive search sector. Immediately passionate about this field Sandra worked for two Parisian executive search firms between 2002 and 2014.
Eager to expand her skills, in 2014 she transitioned to the client side. Over the course of 8 years, she embraced the challenges of talent acquisition and HR development in more than 30 countries worldwide, working for two major international groups in the fashion industry and the agri-food sector.
In 2022, leveraging her diverse international HR experience, Sandra BERNARD founded Advance Search.
